Sometimes we have to think about Right Now. Yes the future is important, and the past has memories we never want to forget, but sometimes you have you have to just be in the moment.
Right Now is sometimes the most perfect place to be. Like when the baby is delivered, and the pleasure of the release from pain and the joy of the child in your arms. That moment, for me is somewhere I would want to always be. But anyone can tell you, the second hand of the clock keeps on ticking. And Right Now doesn't last that long so while it is here you need to relish it.
Right Now is what makes your memories. So try and make a point of making each Right Now, the best it can be. And if this Right Now isn't all you want it to be, make your next Right Now better.
Today, yesterday and tomorrow are all full of Right Now's. I am trying to make each Right Now a good one. Another way to help make your Right Now's good ones is to not hang on to bad emotions. I am learning that when I get upset about something, to stop and think, is this really that important, and usually it isn't so I let it go and go on into the next Right Now.
Time is relevant, so now is your Right Now, make sure it is the best it can be. If you aren't happy Right Now, make your next Right Now the best it can be. Remember your Right Now's will become your memories and we all want great moments to remember always.
